The "Integrated Utility Systems of the Parliament Building Complex" project is aimed at creating the needed work environment for the German Bundestag in Berlin. This includes the Parliament; offices for the representatives, caucuses, and committees; conference and meeting rooms; and the press room, library, German Bundestag Archives, and the Visitors Service. To meet these needs, the following buildings:
the latter with more that 114,000 m2 and 3,700 rooms (46,000 data points), are planned. Each building has its own autonomous automation system and a BACnet server which connects the building to the workstations in the main control room. Here, too, Ethernet is used. Workstations with the same configuration as those in the main control room are situated in each of the individual buildings in order to provide technicians with a common user interface in all locations.
- Reichstag (Parliament) with 530,000 m2 and 2,000 rooms (12,000 data points)
- Unter-den-Linden and Wilhelmstrasse
